We kick started the week with the very popular Biz Wizz Your Cakes taken by none other than our fearless leader Paris Cutler, followed by Cake Art with our very own Antony Bullimore.
Both classes were sold out in record time, for this rare opportunity to learn from two of the most influential people in cake decorating in the country.
Both classes will run again later in the year, so book in early if you’re interested in either of these amazing classes.
Next up students were treated to two specialized workshops on Edible Painting with Anna Maria and Airbrushing with Jessica Pedemont.
The weekend saw Linda and Marianne taking a Novelty 101 class, and judging by the photos I’m really not sure who enjoyed themselves more, the teachers or the students.
